Benjamin Cohen , a graduate of Reims Neoma Business School, has over 15 years’ experience in private equity, mergers & acquisitions and fund-raising, advising company founders as well as professional investors and family offices. As part of OShirA Group, he has specialized in the financial services, healthcare and real estate sectors.

For 10 years, Benjamin was a Partner at Centuria Capital, an investment company managing over €4 billion in assets on behalf of Asian and Middle Eastern investors, deployed in large portfolios of real estate assets and equity investments in European companies.

Between 2003 and 2007, Benjamin was an advisor in the cabinet of Jean-François Copé, Minister for the Budget, State Reform and Government Spokesman.
