Ran Hamou, Ran is a graduate of ESCP (class of 2002) and holds two Master 2 degrees (Business Law & Contract Law). He is a member of the Paris Bar and the Israeli Bar.

Ran has been advising major corporations in M&A and Corporate Finance for over 20 years.

He has been involved in hundreds of private equity transactions in various forms (LBO, OBO, joint-venture, structured financing, etc.) as well as numerous listed transactions, in France and abroad.

He founded Everlaw, a law firm specializing in private equity, after having worked in major international law firms.

Ran uses legal engineering to structure innovative schemes that create value for the managers and shareholders he advises on private equity transactions.

He has advised French and international groups in numerous industrial sectors and acquired strong expertise in the financial services, real estate and energy sectors.
