Valerie Benudis has been a specialist in the banking and financial sectors for 25 years.

From 2016 to 2020, Valérie was Sales Director France at Primonial, where she managed the Primonial Gestion Privée Business Unit and its 200 employees.

From 2010 to 2016, she was Regional and Branch Manager at Barclays France, after having spent 10 years managing operational teams at HSBC. She began her career at Société Générale 4 years earlier.

Passionate about the issues facing the companies she has worked with for many years, she set herself the challenge in 2021 of becoming a sparring partner for business leaders, through management, organization and strategy consulting assignments.

So it’s only natural that she now joins the Ever Corporate Finance team to support investors and companies in their M&A and fund-raising operations.
