Yael Sitbon, a graduate of the Magistère de Banque Finance, has over 20 years’ experience in mergers and acquisitions. She has advised on some fifty transactions in a wide range of sectors. She has acted for family-owned companies, groups and French and foreign investment funds in disposals, acquisitions, fund-raising, MBOs, LBOs and OBOs, as well as providing strategic and financial advice.

Yael began her career at Deloitte (3 years), worked for over 8 years at Aforge, and founded her own consulting firm in 2014.
